This Privacy Policy describes how Gleam & Glow LLC, doing business as Fixly (collectively, “Fixly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit getfixlynow.com, communicate with Fixly by SMS or MMS, email us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Fixly, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, mobile phone number, email address, message content, photographs, images, audio or voice messages, attachments, descriptions of an issue, device or product information, model numbers, troubleshooting history, feedback, and other information you choose to send us.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information automatically when you use our website or Services, such as browser type, device type, IP address, referring pages, timestamps, website interactions, and diagnostic or security information, where available through our hosting or service providers.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate Fixly; understand and respond to your requests; troubleshoot problems; analyze photographs or other materials you send; generate practical guidance and follow-up questions; maintain conversation or case history; provide customer support; improve the quality, safety, reliability, and functionality of the Services; prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms and policies; and protect the rights, safety, and property of Fixly, our users, and others.

3. SMS and MMS Messaging

Fixly provides conversational support through text and multimedia messages. When you enroll in or otherwise consent to an ongoing Fixly messaging program, message frequency varies based on your interactions with Fixly and the support you request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may withdraw consent to recurring SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, we may send a final confirmation message and will stop further messages covered by that consent unless you subsequently opt in again. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We maintain messaging consent and opt-out information as reasonably necessary to honor communication preferences, document consent, comply with telecommunications requirements, and prevent messages from being sent after an applicable opt-out.

4. Mobile Information Is Not Shared for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or transfer SMS/MMS consent or opt-in information to lead generators, data brokers, advertisers, or other businesses for their own marketing. Consent provided to Fixly applies to communications from Fixly and is not transferable to another business.

5. Service Providers and Operational Disclosures

We may use vendors and service providers to operate portions of the Services, such as telecommunications and messaging infrastructure, email, workflow automation, cloud hosting, artificial-intelligence processing, data storage, analytics, security, and customer-support technology. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform services for Fixly. Our use of service providers does not permit the sale or sharing of your mobile opt-in information or messaging consent for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Because Fixly may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted systems to help interpret requests, photographs, attachments, or message content and formulate responses, information you submit may be processed by technology providers supporting those functions. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

6. Other Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity; necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fixly, our users, or others; or connected with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this Policy regarding mobile opt-in and consent information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing support, maintaining appropriate business and troubleshooting records, honoring opt-out requests, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and satisfying legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or telecommunications obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet, email, messaging, cloud, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may ask us to update or correct certain information, request information about our privacy practices, or make a privacy-related request by contacting us at hello@getfixlynow.com. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

For SMS/MMS communications, reply STOP to opt out of covered recurring messages. An opt-out from text messaging does not necessarily prevent us from responding through another channel when you independently contact us through that channel.

10. California Privacy

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law depending on the nature and scope of the information processed and whether statutory thresholds or exemptions apply. Fixly does not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or messaging consent, and does not share such information for cross-context behavioral advertising or third-party marketing. California residents may contact us using the information below regarding a privacy request.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review the matter.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy governs Fixly's practices and does not control independent practices of third parties.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
